Recently, it has been found that there are some persistent problems in the toilet in the room (which can be described in detail, such as poor drainage, odor, etc.), which affect the occupancy experience. I hope you can check and provide corresponding solutions as soon as possible to improve the comfort of the room.

It was good for the price. You can’t expect much. But you have to ask for toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and toothbrush as these are not available automatically. Need to also be patient as attendant is all around and may not be available at all times. But very accommodating nonetheless. Got no photo of the room as it is not that appealing, but quite okay for budget travelers. Though I love these Malaysian chips available at the nearby local convenience store.

The waiter was very good, the room was normal, and there was a musty smell in the entrance, mainly because there was no reason to open the exhaust fan. However, parking around is very convenient, and going to the supermarket is a bit far.

Clean room, clean towels, shampoo bath provided. Just all you need under one budget room. Note that the check in is at Petronas, or u can check-in via WhatsApp with them. They even help us to make clean our room on the 2nd day. Love it. Definitely will revisit this hotel next time for work.
