The hotel is in a great location. I was able to do almost everything I wanted to do on foot. However, the service left something to be desired, not because of the staff, who were all very attentive and welcoming, but because of the hotel's administrative process. It was the longest check-in I've ever done at any type of accommodation. I think this is something that needs to be given more attention.

Simple hotel, more with good reception. Adequate service, easyness in the reservation confirmations. Maybe a list of nearby places for a meal or lost in the room missed. With very unstable Wi-Fi network.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Plaza Blumenau, foi uma grata surpresa. O Hotel é ótimo em todos os quesitos. Será meu preferido em Blumenau.

Excellent cleanliness in both internal and external areas, areas for trails, gym with various equipment, lots of games for children. I thought my stay at the Plaza was excellent, I only have to praise the service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are well served. Dei uma nota baixa em comodidade pois tive um inconveniente pelo hotel não vender água. Tem apenas uma máquina automática que não passou meu cartão. Por isso tive que sair do hotel e comprar água na loja ao lado.

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

Chuveiro estava com a agua muito fria, a cama tamanho King e o cobertor de casal tamanho casal, um pouco desconfortavel, poderia melhorar.

O hotel e bem localizado , próximo ao calçadão e próximo aos principais pontos de comodidades. Caso não escolha comer no hotel, tem um Mc Donald’s bem em frente. O café da manhã , dentro do esperado a R$ 35 por pessoa, apenas sugiro mudar o cardápio alguns dias, pois quem passa 5 dias como passamos, ficou repetitivo, mas pelo valor está muito bom, destaque para os croissants. Limpeza do quarto foi realizada todos os dias e nos satisfez. Ótimo custo benefício , indico.
