"Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful."

Take the bus three stops to Barkhor Street, but the bus in Lhasa is gone at 9:30 in the evening, and it is too late to take a taxi, which is not expensive. "Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that will open at the end of 2024. The hotel's facilities are very complete, all of which are intelligent voice controlled. "I booked a room with a Potala Palace view, and it truly felt like the entire palace was right in front of me – the view was absolutely perfect. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness. Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!"
