Very pleasant stay! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The beef burger in the restaurant was delicious, make sure to get one when you stay there.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the Frankfurt main train station. It is a budget hotel with a sister hotel beside it. We can use the gym of the sister hotel beside it. The breakfast has a good spread and the room is good enough for a family of 2 and 1 toddler.

everything was great and clean, apart from the shower. it appeared as if the outside of the shower had not been cleaned, as it had hair all around it. the staff was really kind tho

We stayed in Frankfurt at the beginning of our trip in Germany and found that you have to be careful when booking hotels in northeast area of the central station in Frankfurt but the area to the south where this inn is located is perfectly safe. This is a Japanese style business hotel and we tried out a location in South Korea that we enjoyed and we enjoyed this one too. We got the room with two twin beds and they have standardized furnishings and technology no matter where you are in the world at these hotels. The air conditioning was very good and had a good quiet function that maintained the temperature of the room perfectly. The beds were comfy and the pillows and blankets were just thick enough. The room has a very well planned layout and utilizes the space well with a desk area, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a seating area by the window. There is plenty of lighting in the room and some quiet switches on the lamps. A pleasant surprise for us was the view we got of the central station and many buildings nearby - we could sit there and watch trains and trams come and go. The bathroom is compact but mighty with its well thought out modular design. There is a Japanese toilet with lots of pleasant features. The sink's faucet can fill the bath tub and also controls the shower wand and pressure. The shower has a wide spot in the middle that is perfect for standing in and has an overhead rain shower head with good pressure and good temperature control. The water for drinking can get pretty cold which was nice and refreshing. The location was good and walking along the river to the old town area is a very pleasant stroll. There are some restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The central station has lots of trains, busses and trams that can take you anywhere in the city. The S9 train departs for the airport every 20 minutes and takes about 12 minutes to get there. There is a restaurant in the lobby area that has good prices for beer. There is also a laundry area in the hotel and a large parkade across the street from the hotel. I dropped off my wife first before returning a car and there was a fire alarm and she found it difficult on how to exit. Thankfully no issues but they need to have clearer signage. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety including mostly western style breakfast options like scrambled eggs, sausages, bread and cheese. When we stayed there were some noodles for breakfast. They had juices, tea and a coffee machine. We found the cups provided for the coffee machine were too small for a few of the options. There is a courtyard to sit in and a large cafeteria style seating area. Breakfast is popular and was especially busy after 8 on Saturday morning when we visited. They provide trays that you can load up and bring to your table but many people were forgetting to clear their tables and bring them to the tray racks because the staff does not clear tables and is more focused on making sure all food spots are well stocked.

Facilities and hotel remain excellent, just like the customer service. Consistently good. However, they do not provide basics in the room such as water at all. For a hotel of this type and the price they charge, a courtesy water bottle each day should be standard.

Good for travellers. Strategic location that is close to FRA airport. Ample parking space in the garage. I booked a queen bed room but was given twin beds instead, did not bother about it as it was only for a couple of nights. Room is not equipped with a hot water kettle, however, front desk staff were happy to compel to give hot water in a flask every time. Room has a bluetooth sound system that one can connect a phone wirelessly and start playing music. Considerable choice the next time I fly via FRA. This hotel has very high occupancy rate...many guests checking in and out throughout the day.

Pos: 1. Location is prefect, just at the side of the Frankfurt Train Station. Cos: 1. A bit old style, if you like a fancy and stylish one. She is not what you looking for. 2. The door tap is not a good design. I suppose one side is wrinting ” do not disturb” and the other side should be ”please clean up” But the truth is， both side are write as ”do not disturb” in English on one side, and German on the other side. And I release it until their end of my reservation. So ”clever design” , how suppose as I tourist can read German. So my room did not clean for 4 days.

As the above STAR rating indicates all aspects of the hotel are excellent. Well I'll deduct a point or two for breakfast = No seperate bacon or sausage = just bacon bits mixed in with the powered scrambled eggs:-(. One can get eggs made to order:-). Spotlessly clean and comforatable hotel. Pleasent and friendly hotel reception and other staff. Must give a special ”SHOUT OUT” to Mr. Nurnberg for wealth of knowledge and his patience in accommodating a ”picky American” who had to have the best view of the Frankfurt skyline possible:-). I absolutely loved my stay! The room was incredible, from view to facilities everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and we felt welcomed. Then breakfast was very fresh and the location was worth it aswell, few minute walk or tram from the main station next to restaurants and shopping centers. I was surprised how soundproof the hotel rooms were! I highly recommend it to everyone who would like a great hotel with amazing views on the skyline in the city.
