However, I was disappointed by one person at the reception: Yasmine, who was very high and antipatic, without smile or any form of politeness, especially at the time of departure. She didn't take the time to ask how my stay had been, nor even to answer a simple ”Bye-bye”. It's a shame to have to do with people who have no sense of customer contact in a 5-star hotel because this strongly swept the image of the hotel
