Hotels With Gym in Tuscany, Italy

Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel .. breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare . Absolutely beautiful and romantic and everything we could had hoped for. In nature and surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany. An awesome pool and swim area. Stunning surroundings, comfy rooms, lovely breakfast. Shuttle into Cortona regularly or as you request it. Just lovely! What I imagine was an authentic Italian experience. Really wish we had more time here. Please make more options for vegan guests, but I must say the soy mylk cappuccino was absolutely delicious

Самі найчудовіщі враження всієї родини! Казкове розташування. Цілком оправдовує назву Парк-готель. Сервіс та працівники тактовні та привітні. Окреме дуже приємне враження на усі сім'ю справила кухня ресторанів. Обслуговування теж на високому рівні. Тепле та лагідне море доповнював чистий добре облаштований пляж.

A very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very extensive. Railway station walking and very good train connection to Florence. We have enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the hotel very much.

The hotel is beautiful – modern but not impersonal – the staff is very friendly and tries to make things right when something goes wrong. Trip.com didn't transmit our booking – the hotel was fully booked! Countless phone calls later, a solution was immediately sought and found – perfect! The food in the restaurant was excellent – ​​expensive – but absolutely worth the quality! We'll definitely be back.
