Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao! Our stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao from March 18-19 was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. A very good value hotel. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of traveling. The bathroom was fully equipped, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Definitely a highly recommended choice.

The overall stay was quite good. The hotel is in a good location. The beach is right outside the hotel. The room is not very big, but it has everything it should have. The balcony is quite good. I thought the balcony was directly facing the beach at first, but it was only a small part, but it was good enough. The first picture was taken on the balcony. I was quite satisfied with the price. There is a hiking route where you can see the entire sea view, which is particularly beautiful. The view of the sea and sky is so charming. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the city. It is also a very good place. Overall, it is highly recommended. Because it was a self-driving tour, it was already past 12 am when I arrived. The people in the bar in the hotel helped me find someone to arrange a room, so those who check in after midnight must call the hotel in advance to confirm the room number.

REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant.

En plein centre-ville, sur la zone piétonne, cet hôtel typique de la région est idéalement situé. Les personnels sont accueillants. La chambre est agréable avec une belle vue sur les maisons basques et près de l'ancien port. À noter un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, appréciable en hiver. Bonne nourriture au restaurant de l'hôtel où on prend aussi le petit déjeuner. Un choix varié sauf pour les fruits. Les boissons sont faites par le serveur, c'est un plus. Une bonne adresse.

Although it is a bit far from both the old town and the new town, it is not too far to walk to. I actually did walk there. The room was spacious and clean, and came with a refrigerator. There were seven hangers. Amenities included body soap, shampoo, hand soap and body lotion. There were also electrical outlets at the head of the bed, on the desk and in the bathroom, so there was nothing to complain about. There was also a supermarket just a short walk from the hotel. Although it was said to be a 2-star hotel, I was very satisfied. My room was a surfer-type room, as shown in the picture.

The conclusion is the best. I have stayed at many accommodations in the past, but I will go to TOP3 in my life. It was a good reputation among paradors, but it was true. Hogwarts-like atmosphere, rooms, amenities, breakfast, views of Paris on the opposite bank, quiet environment and people around the villa, delicious restaurants and bars within walking distance. I want to come to Onda Libya again to come here.

Hotel tidy and good room. Staff very helpful. Difficult to locate in car at first but offloading space outside and car parking underground very close by.

The location is very good, in the old city, the nearby supermarket restaurant attractions are very convenient, the train station is also very close, the front desk is very good, let us enter the room very early, the service is kind

客户在城市北段的工業區，篩選了好久定的這個酒店，果真沒有失望，酒店的地理位置非常好離老城區市中心非常的近，附近有一個超級大的弗羅裏達公園，穿過公園往前走就會來到citywalls一些景點，包括超市商業中心餐廳等等 另一個非常滿意的是早餐，真的是太棒了，吃着美食忘着窗外看穿梭的車輛和往來的行人真的是太滿足了 但是同樣商務出差的小夥伴們，有喝熱水的，或是習慣性不帶洗漱用品的需要注意⚠️ 這個典型的歐洲酒店都沒有，完全需要自行準備
