We stayed in Valencia for a night and before that, this hotel was perfect. A walk from attractions and a shopping mall. 10 minutes by car to the beach and the center.
Room and bathroom were super clean. In the night we had trouble with neighbors, so we asked at the reception for another room. This was no problem! That's a good service and would surely recommend this hotel!
Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time.
Clean and big room. The hotel had constant issues with the towels. Bath towels were not available the majority of the time and I had to look for the service personnel every day to get some.
Very friendly customer service. Great location. Outdated gym.
I'd recommend this hotel and would stay there again when in town.
Very good, very close to the Science City, the Science Museum is very interesting. There is also a very large Carrefour supermarket and a shopping center with many shops and restaurants nearby. There are Chinese restaurants, Western restaurants, kebabs, Japanese food, etc. next to the hotel. There are many free parking spaces with white lines around, but it is not easy to find a space. We parked the car in a large parking lot 10 minutes walk away, which is also free. The roads in Valencia are too difficult to drive. There are many traffic lights at the roundabouts. Be careful when driving by yourself.
The transportation is convenient, many buses can reach it directly, there are supermarkets nearby, the room has a kitchen, you can make your own breakfast, the space is large, and my children and I live very comfortably.
On the downside, construction is going on next to it, which may wake you up on weekday mornings.
Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.
The location is excellent, the bus station is nearby, and the transportation is convenient. The room is quite large, but the facilities are a little old. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall, and the City of Arts and Sciences is nearby, and it is not far from the beach. The breakfast is good, the service attitude is very good, and they also help to call a taxi. It is cost-effective and is a good choice whether it is a business trip or a family trip.
I found this accommodation to follow the MotoGP of Valencia. The area is trafficked but all overall near the historic center (about 9min from Ciudad Vella) and the motorway snode (20min from the Circuit and 15min from the airport). only negative note is that I thought there was a physical reception 24h/24H and the reception is only day, from 10 to 19. Arrivals around 21.00 and finding the closed reception we tried to call the number of the assistance and, gently and patiently, helped us enter with remote access codes (The door and the apartment have electronic locks).
For the car there is more than one parking under the house and several in the area.
Rooms with full corner cooking of households and welcome kits! I also appreciated the water left in the refrigerator (Often, even hotels 4* do not)
FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
LLucycousWe loved our visit to Alicante and the hotel was in the perfect position for the airport bus stop. Very clean and comfortable, great value, friendly staff.
AAnonymous UserAn unusual hotel only a few minutes walk from the Airport terminal. Its new, clean big rooms but oddly furnished in a cheap but flashy Chinese style. Huge new television in the room but poor tiling and cabinet fittings in the room and bathroom and a lack of toliet roll holders. The hot water was non-functional and shower plumbing odd. Perhaps these are teething problems.
AAndrea ScappiniLa struttura è in una posizione tranquilla e poco rumorosa, la camera un po' piccola và bene x un viaggio breve. Buona la pulizia e il servizio.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.
VVinci7788The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well.
Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity
