"We stayed at The Langlands for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true celebration. The only downside was the external car parking. We had to wait 30 minutes for our car to be brought around at check-out, which was a bit of a letdown for such a high-end stay. Aside from the parking delay, it was a wonderful experience!"

"Please inform customers before you change the rooms for them. I had booked mine for the bath, then you gave me a different room on arrival, not even explaining why you had to change the rooms. So I had to see staff at the reception again after checking to sort it out. In the end, i got the room with the bath.I am sorry to say that your place smelt musty that is not right for accommodation for the health and safety reasons. I have also found mould in the bathroom you might want to look at. Hope all gets sorted soon. Thanks. Best."

The only downside was the lack of an elevator; since we were staying on the second floor, we had to carry our luggage up ourselves, and the receptionist, an older woman, offered no help whatsoever. Also, the room didn't have air conditioning, but since it was February, the temperature was acceptable."
