Location wise not the best but a good area to shop local things. Quite a distance to new Delhi metro station. But can take the auto about 15mins including traffic.
Room was adequate enough. Walls are thin and can hear people next door talking. No windows.Changed room as the first room had a strong smell of chemicals and was making me nauseous. Couldn't sleep the first night as the next door was talking till wee hours. Had to change room the next day again as I was scared the next door was still gonna be around.
Can't change the A/C to cold mode. So air was abit stale in the room.
Toilet was bigger than the shower.
Breakfast was so so
Great common water area and complimentary teas.
Lastly the girl at the counter can just quit her job if she finds everything to do with an attitude.
Overall, would recommend if you don't mind a super crowded and busy area.

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

A great hotel, great host and staff, good attitude, desire to help, it is the most valuable! Thank you very much for the place you have created. Perfect rest after the tense and moving city center, comfort and silence. Cleanness, delicious food, beautiful design, quiet and pleasant area. Near the metro, it is very convenient. The host arranged a transfer, personally met and helped to carry bags. For a gift - dinner, such a surprise! Prepared for you personally, covered the table only for you, very delicious food made with love. Hot water, towels, bed perfect purity, cozy balcony. The host helped serve day and travel around the city. We highly recommend you to rest here! We will definitely return, bye!

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel.
The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel.
For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.
I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night. By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge.
Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view. There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

It was a bit noisy, but I'd attribute that more to the hotel's location, or perhaps just the general urban environment in India, rather than the hotel itself. Things might have been different had I been given a room on the quieter, inner side instead of facing the road. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For this price point, the level of service was truly exceptional. Overall, despite the noise, I was completely satisfied!

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

It was my first time in India, so I wasn't expecting anything special from the hotel. The room looked different from the photo, cramped and quite small. The floor and rug were dirty upon arrival. The bed was short, so my feet were hanging off the bed at 190 cm. The air conditioner smelled foul when turned on. I had to wear shoes when I walked around the room. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. To say the room was tired of life would be an understatement.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Virendra at Holiday Inn. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and dedication to ensuring my room was immaculate made my stay exceptionally comfortable. It's rare to find such commitment and professionalism, and your efforts truly made a difference. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide a clean and welcoming environment. Your hard work and positive attitude did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. Holiday Inn is fortunate to have such a valuable team member

The furniture in the room is old and maintained. The shower booth drain was blocked and the water did not fall at all. Breakfast is 500 rs per person, but the price is not good. Other than that, it is a good hotel to stay. The owner was friendly and the Gyeongbya always smiled and greeted me.
The proverbs of ethnic difference が no ければ, the highest evaluation なのに.
Good point.
It was basically in the best western series, and the hotel staff was well educated and comfortable.
The breakfast included in the stay was good. Furthermore, I went to Agra by early morning train, so when I asked for a box breakfast instead of breakfast, he prepared well.
I'm sorry.
There was something bad about the front staff making racist remarks. If there was no this, I would have given the highest rating, but I was very disappointed.
Finally, I think the accommodation depends on the owner. The ”ERMOU ART LOFT” in Athens, ”Downtown Tirana Apartments” in Tirana, and ”Yolo House” in Seoul (Unsai Station) were tired of the owner's sloppiness. On the other hand, at Scope's ”Center LEKS apartment”, I was impressed by the care and sincerity of the owner. Furthermore, although the facility itself is old, it is well cleaned and the towels and sheets are relatively new and comfortable to use, including the ”King Tiras Hotel” on Santorini. ”Hotel Fjorr” in Kosovo, ”Hanting Hotel Xiamen Zhongshan Road Ferry” in Xiamen, ”Hotel La SERA” in Istanbul, ”Hallmark Regency Hotel Johor Bar” in Johor Bar, There are many accommodations for conscientious owners, such as ”Airline Inn Khao Shun Station” in Kaohsiung, ”Hotel Sagarnaga” in La Paz, and ”Hotel G Yangon” in Myanmar. Trip.com has a large number of accommodations registered. We recommend that you book other accommodations.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Soft beds, great showers, the best travel desk I ever had the pleasure to do business with. Kindest driver too. Trip to Agra to see Taj Mahal was done without hassle. And everything in Delhi I wanted to visit

AAnkit RajBhandari”I recently stayed at Luxe Manor Near Airport for a layover near Delhi Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport which made it extremely convenient. What particularly stood out was the impeccable hygiene; the room was spotless, and all surfaces were clearly well-maintained. Beyond that, the room was cozy and well-appointed, making it a relaxing space to unwind after a long journey. The staff were also friendly and efficient. This hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend it.”

GGuest UserI had stayed 5 nights, room size is fine, small tv and mobile network is very bad inside room and hotel wifi user id and password you have to go to reception to get it everyday morning. Room toiletries available only if you ask them specifically tooth kit and shaving kit, room service food menu price is more than 7 star hotel price. You stay one night in case if you have to catch flight early morning overall experience not bad and breakfast food menu could have been better. Surprised to see lot of foreigners staying in this hotel facilities available not worth

GGuest UserIt was accessible via road, it was my 3rd stay and I kinda made it my go to hotel for hospitality, it is good with all the facilities available in the hotel itself or at just walking distance.
GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.
CChun Wai ArthurIt has been a very pleasant stay.
Room is very clean and quiet; bed very comfortable with different types of pillows: softer ones, harder ones - a very good combination.
Bath room is clean; and shower is very powerful.
Very good breakfast buffet!
Team was very friendly and helpful from the security guard at the front, to front desk team and the restaurant team. All very warm, friendly and helpful!
Prince at the front desk, and Biru at the breakfast buffet have been very welcoming, and helpful! Much appreciated.
Overall it is the friendliness and warm welcome that has left with me a very memorable impression. Will visit again. Thanks very much!

HHonest TeaMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments
和和All the staff including the owner were very kind.
When I first arrived at the hotel, the rickshaw driver almost ripped me off with my payment, but I managed to minimize the damage by intervening.
