Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . Hotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. The original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayun’s Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.

Holiday Inn is a long time reliable chain. That’s why I chose it this time. Room was very nice and comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is very close to the airport which has made things very convenient. Especially worth mentioning: the guy from room service dining, and one of the airport transfer pick up guys were particular friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.
