This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

The location could not be any better. And the room we had was very nice. Think we got upgraded to a cozy double. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it was a little over priced at 18 euros. The minibar didn't have any prices so we assumed it was free but we were asked if we had anything when we checked out. We lied and said no and got away with it. So if it was meant to be free then massive thanks! If not then you need to put prices on it :)

It happened to be Halloween, and they also prepared candy for us The location is a bit far from the central attractions, but you can buy bus tickets at the front desk and take a few stops to get there. It is very convenient. The bus station is very close to the hotel We spent a wonderful three nights here, thank you

I absolutly loved it here. Being a solo traveller the glamping tent was just perfect for my 3 nights. I will be recommending this to friends and seeking out Hu wherever I go! I have 4 nights at the Rome one and I am quite excited as I was so impressed in Florence. Thanks Hu -Camisha from Canada

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. By signing up, you will become a member of the Blue club and will have access to discounts of up to 20% and various privileges. After 5 reservations, on the website and on their app, within 12 months you become a & o hostel club plus. With discounts of up to 25% and other various advantages, listed on their website. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. Overall rating 9.50/10

I stayed for a few days and was most satisfied with the restaurant service. I was impressed by the superb working ability of the female supervisor, who was very efficient. What was valuable was that she could do it herself and was very skillful. The room service was a little regrettable. After staying for one day, they did not prepare water for cleaning. The bathroom had a little smell of sewer. It was not a big problem if the door was closed. In addition, I heard the vigorous work outside the door early in the morning every day. Don't you consider the feelings of the guests? It would be better if they were a little gentler. As for the location, it is quite close to the train station, but it still takes 20 minutes to walk to the main scenic spots⬆️.

Perfect location by the river. Short walk to everything! A bit dated (and the beds could defenately be better), but with tons of charm and old history. Almost like a museum in its self. If i ever should come back to Pisa, i would love to stay at this hotel again.

Located right across the train station. Best for travellers like us traveling from city to city just needed a corner to lay down our stuffs the moment we arrive at the city. Pisa is a small city. Everything can be done by bus. Highly recommended for its price and location.

The location is really convenient. It’s just about 2 min walking from Pisa Central Train Station and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes near hotel. The receptionists are really nice and friendly. I had a great time at Hotel La Pace. ☺️

We arrived after 23. There was no receptionist. The self check in machine was not properly functioning. I waited an hour to check in because of the malfunctioning of the system. I was furious. But it was clean and close to airport.

The hotel should be the former Radisson, nominally five stars, but actually just the standard of a domestic three-star hotel. Overall, it is cost-effective, but it is a little far from the city center. The breakfast is pretty good and rich, Italian continental food, which is also included in the price when booking. The facilities inside the room feel old and old, which is the case in European hotels, and the so-called double bed is two single beds spliced ​​together. You can see the Leaning Tower and the Cathedral, but in fact, there is a little distance from the city center and you need to walk a long way, because the scale of European cities cannot be compared with domestic cities. The only advantage is that the hotel is close to one of the small train stations in Pisa called Rossore, which can be used as a place for individual tourists to rest and stay temporarily on their way to Florence. If you really want to travel and vacation, there is nothing here. Pisa only has a Leaning Tower and a Cathedral. You can see other scenery in general. It is estimated that domestic tour groups come here to stay more during holidays.

This hotel is over my expectations!! Highly recommend to stay here when you visit Milan. - Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Plazza del Duomo, many good restaurants on the same street, a carrefour express opposite to hotel entrance if you want to buy any essentials - The rooftop open to in-house guest are 100% plus, you can capture the key landmarks in one picture - Staff are nice and helpful if you need a taxi to train station or airport - Room is big and clean, however the water pressure is too big and hard to control - Breakfast is fair as it’s included, could have added more hot items

Just a small problem with the air conditioning in the room which I didn't quite understand the system of, otherwise everything was perfect.

Great location, just a few minutes from Pisa Centrale. Breakfast also nice. The room isn't super big but is nice for a solo traveler for a night. Bed is comfortable and there is an ensuite bathroom. The tap wasn't working properly and the fridge was very noisy. Most of the staff was nice.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was hesitant to book because of that, but I'm glad I chose this place. It's literally right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a lot of great restaurants. It's worth a nights stay considering the price is much less than many other places in Pisa and it's hard to beat the location. There is parking relatively near by for a fee. The place may be dated, but it's a bed with nice air condition and you can do all you need just a few steps from the door. I highly recommend it and would return in the future. There's an elevator as well, which in Europe seems to be a luxury.
