I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow. The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed this hotel due to its “famous” breakfast. But tbh, it is only a “acceptable” to me. The place is crowded and easily to bang into each other. I think it famous is due to they get to eat crab and ikura unlimited on such a valuable price. But the ikura and crab is only soso to normal. They serve cheese and ham as well. Bed and pillow is so hard to sleep. Multi level parking lots is just right behind the after with 1500¥ per day.

Spent 5nights in this hotel and we loved it. Close to everything. If ever we will go back in Sapporo will surely book the same hotel. Will also recommend to friends. We traveled DIY and we didn’t had a hard time staying in this hotel. Few minutes walk from bus stop from and to airport. Very convenient.

A little off to the side of the city center, but a mere 10-minute-ish walk from JR station and had no problem getting around. Intentionality chose a room at the newer building, a building repurposed from apartment villa, that faced the shoreline and the view was spectacular. The rooms at the newer building also comes with a washing machine, and you can easily get detergent, etc. from the coin laundry on the ground floor. Service was great and staff members always gave us excellent recommendations. It was extra convenient for us that one of the front personnel was a Korean. Onsen was included in the stay and we were more than happy to make daily trips to it. We were coming directly from Noboribetsu, and the onsen was still pretty decent (for the reference, we stayed at Yumoto Hotel). Breakfast buffet packs a pretty impressive diversity of food and had a limited yet still decent option of creating you own kaisendon. This was not included in our stay, but I’d say it is more than fairly priced for its quality and convenience. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I’m in the area, or at least come back for the onsen. The price is unbeatable for the quality/ease of stay/amenities.

Service: Check-in was fast and easy. Just showed them my booking via Trip.com and all settled in less than 15 mins. Facilities: The hotel is connected directly to a shopping mall. Food: Choose from a wide variety of complimentary tea packets and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

Room is average Japanese size which is quite small and it's ok to open a 28 inch luggage along the room corridor. Have a large table which is handy. Got all the amenities and self-serviced. Room is pretty quiet. Good for the purpose and the price.

The hotel staff are very friendly, attentive and responsive the moment I arrive near the hotel entrance, they help me with my luggage and check in. The hotel room is more spacious than a number of hotel I have stayed. The room is clean and tidy, the cleaner replenish and clean my room daily.

Our stay in Daiichi Takimotokan was by far the best Onsen plus food experience in Japan this year. Dinner buffet was second to none in both quality, diversity and quantity. Onsen also was clean and very convenient to use. Open door onsen was well managed and with great atmosphere.

The hotel is located right across from Nakajima station and across from airport bus stop so the location is def convenient. Check in process was smooth and the front desk staff speak good English and were helpful when I asked them about info regarding Chuo bus to furano the next day. Single room was good space and clean for one person. I requested a high floor quiet room away from elevators and I got what I requested and am pleased. They got free flow of beverages at the lobby which I appreciate. Their breakfast buffet has a great varieties esp for the sashimi seafood bar which I m impressed. The quality of food was good and fresh so it is great values. The only drawback is the breakfast hall is a bit small and crowded so I would recommend they expand the size of breakfast hall so it can accommodate more people. I came on a weekday in March and not the peak traveling season but they already barely got any empty tables this morning.

Hotel room was huge and very spacious by japanese standards. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a full set of amenities was available for us to use. The massage chair was amazing especially after a full day worth of walking. And the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station on our last day was very convenient and a life saver! Especially with our heavy luggage bags, it would have been troublesome to have to carry them down the subway stairs. So it really helped us alot! And please do book a space for the bus in advance. However, I wished staff service would have been better. Front desks was very helpful, but on our first night, we called for help in the night because we couldn’t find anyway to turn off the overhead light for the right side bed. When we asked for someone to come and help us eventually, the male staff who came sounded very irritated and unhappy. Don’t know if it was a wiring problem or some setting in the main room control panel, but there was NO WAY we could have figured it out ourselves. In fact, every morning at 7am, just that particular light on the right side bed would turn on automatically by itself and wake me up. I hope that the hotel can rectify that problem.

Loved everything about our stay here! The location is convenient, can be accessed directly from the JR station without having to go into the cold/snow. Room is clean & spacious (for Japanese standards) and has all necessary amenities. Rooftop lounge has amazing view as well as freeflow coffee. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Hakodate!

I changed my hotel into this hotel immediately after I watched Conan the Movie 27. I planned my trip to Hakodate since the movie 26 that I know it will take place here. Really excited to come to this hotel. The overall was great. Location so close to the train station. Near many good restaurants. Even though no onsen and room was small, but very comfortable to stay. I felt so relax staying here. However, one thing you should improve, would be the laundry room. 3 washers were there but only 2 can use. One washer with dryer all in one was very inconvenient. Especially when there are only 2 machines. Because only few people can use and it takes more than 80 minutes to finish 1 round. I travelled a lot so I know normally laundry machine should be 2 separated machines: washers and dryers, take only 30 minutes each, and free too. Here you need to pay by coins. Too slow. And very long queue. Can wash only 2 guests per 80 minutes. I brought my book to sit and read in front of the washers for 1 hour in order to wash my clothes. Then about 5 people came in and went back. Then those people came back when they thought the time was right would had been disappointed, because there were other people waiting to put their clothes inside the machines already. Some people came in 3 times. I’m not sure did they manage to wash their clothes or not, or they might had finished it by 5 AM. This is the point you should improve. There are a lot of faster machines nowadays. Find more to fulfill your service.

very big room. Excellent location, near to JR station only 2mins walking distance! Hakodate train is near, only 5 minutes walking distance. Many outstanding restaurants are nearby, like Sushi Soup begirama, Flower see sushi. Highly recommend to choose this hotel although room cleansing services are provided once every three days

The hotel is located just opposite the Hakodate JR station and bus station, very convenient to travel around at Hakodate. Necessary razors, comb, tea and ear buds can be collected from the lobby. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to 大和and 藤田. They helped us to fill up the form to send our luggage to Sapporo and contact Sapporo hotel. (Additional price needed for the 宅急便). This makes our journey easier to go around without carrying heavy luggage up and down the JR. The hotel breakfast is just additional 1200 Yen per person. It is very worth it to have our breakfast here.

The breakfast here was, by far, the best and most varied in all of Japan that I’ve had. Obviously crowded, I would say the fact that so many local tourists go there for the spa and the breakfast buffet speaks volumes of the quality of either. If you’re looking to do hot bath, this hotel probably affords the widest variety of types of baths (hot, cold, sulfuric) available. I even saw a famous Japanese rock star go here to do his spa treatment. For its price, the room was sufficient (not very spacious but clean and comfortable), and you’re really going for the above two points.

The hotel is very close to Goryokaku. You can see the tower from the room. Across the road is the Daikokuya, which is very convenient for late night snacks. However, it seems that you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel gate after 11 o'clock. The hotel is small in size, the rooms are compact, and there is no underground parking lot. You need to park in the surrounding public parking lots. The front desk provides a schematic diagram and enthusiastic guidance.

Nice room with mountain view. The breakfast is superb. Hotel has parking but with a fee. Very close to shopping and several points of interests including the cable car station

Booked a two-night stay. There is an airport bus stop at the hotel entrance, but the bus service is not frequent. Free drinks and wine are provided in the lobby lounge from 15:00 to 22:00. The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no mineral water in the room. If you want to get drinking water, you must go to the lounge during opening hours or breakfast time. It is recommended to add a hot and cold water dispenser near the microwave in the lobby.

Conveniently located next to Asahikawa JR station. You can easily hop on a bus or train to the zoo and other attractions in Asahikawa. Very clean and modern hotel with a lovely onsen to rest after a tiring day. Staff wasn’t very friendly as I think they had to deal with a lot of demanding foreigners. Overall a good stay and worth it despite the high price

Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Although the room is a bit small but is good enough for me. Staff is very nice and able to speak in english. Very near to Asahikawa station and there is Aeon mall right in front of the hotel. Definitely will be staying here again the next time im going to asahikawa!

Very good location it is located just right side of the Asahikawa Station and a bus terminal just in front of the hotel. Aeon mall is located at left side of station. Convenient for dining and shopping. Hotel lobby located at 3rd floor. Big bath house with sauna and laundry /dryer. Can buy buffer breakfast at reception. Very good hotel.

A standout feature is the open-air lounge on the fifth floor, an unexpected retreat furnished with contemporary pieces crafted by Asahikawa artisans. On chilly evenings, guests can cozy up next to a real bonfire, fleece blankets at hand, savoring the warmth after a rejuvenating sauna. Though the public bath boasts a modern, serene ambiance, its popularity can be surprising—on one evening, I found myself queuing for a shower cubicle, an unusual experience in such a tranquil setting. But any minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten, thanks to the small, thoughtful touches scattered throughout the hotel. Most memorable was the welcome drink station by the concierge, where Haskap juice—served from a bear motif faucet—offered a burst of refreshing, tangy delight. Breakfast at OMO7 is all about quality over quantity. The buffet may not overwhelm with variety, but each dish, from seasonal delights like salmon on waffles to the perfectly creamy scrambled eggs, feels lovingly curated. It’s a modest spread, but one where every bite counts, making the start to each day a little more special. OMO7 Asahikawa manages to balance fun and sophistication with effortless grace—truly a hidden gem for those looking to explore this lesser-known corner of Japan in style.

There is a Seico Mart on the first floor, which is very convenient. You can do your shopping without going outside even in the cold winter, and it's great when you get a little hungry at night.

The hotel is in such a good location that busy area with restaurants and shops are of walkable distance. The service is good and I especially like the parking arrangement which provides convenience for guests who may opt for in and out of the hotel a couple of times in a day while paying the same amount of parking fee. The breakfast is really good and the free ramen at night is yummy too.

The hotel is actually very close to JR, but it is too old. The room feels dark and the bathroom is very small. However, the waiter is very good. He only checked in at night and still kept a smile. However, you have to wait patiently for the elevator and go out. Allow some time.

Service was excellent, friendly staff, also great homey breakfast. Location was convenient, close to the JR station and AEON shopping centre. Air conditioning wasn’t cold though, that was the only issue we had.
