This hotel exceeded my expectations! First off, it's super close to Hangwan Station – literally right outside the door. Even though the map made it look a bit further, it's just one intersection away. Plus, it's incredibly clean, and the lobby feels very international. There's even a Conan-themed attraction right next door. The hotel itself is really comfortable, and the views are absolutely stunning.

This place is value for money. With a large public bath and sauna area ideal for the winter climate, it is such a big deal. There’s also a restaurant inside that offers an affordable meal, but it is only open from the afternoon to midnight. You can stay at the hostel the whole day if you want. And one of the things I like about this hostel is the view from the outside, where you can see streetcars passing by. Amenities are on point. Overall, the location, amenities, and cost are advantages of this hotel.
I was impressed with everything from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed—it truly felt like staying in a private apartment. It was very comfortable and convenient.
My favorite part was definitely the onsen. It was very large and offered several different baths to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. What made it even better was that it was open all night until morning, so I could enjoy it anytime I wanted. It was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again💛
Decent budget stay – you get what you pay for. Room was clean, basic, and functional.
Location is superb: right across from Train Station, with a tram stop very close by.
Downside: my room was in the South Block, so I had to pass the smoking area (just an open space with plastic sheets) every time I used the elevator. Despite an air purifier, the cigarette smell was strong and unpleasant. Not ideal for non-smokers.
Who would've thought our last night in Hokkaido, at an airport hotel, would be the best night? The room was huge with a direct view of the planes from the window. All the snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. There's a hot spring and the facilities are very modern. Breakfast at the hotel costs extra, and the food selection wasn't as extensive as I expected. However, it's super convenient as the check-in C counter is right on the third-floor lobby exit of the hotel.
When I first entered the hotel room, my initial impression wasn't great; some of the furniture looked a bit old. However, after staying for two weeks, I grew to love it more and more. Firstly, Japanese hotels excel in service; everyone, from the top management to the housekeepers, is Japanese. This is a stark contrast to my experiences in Osaka where many staff were Vietnamese, in Nagoya with many Indians, or in Tokyo where the front desk was often staffed by people from India. The hotel has a public bath on the second floor, which was incredibly comfortable for a soak after returning on a cold winter night. The central heating in the room was very effective and cozy! The shower pressure was also excellent, genuinely good! I'm planning to come back next year for a month to see the snow! This is my top choice for staying in Sapporo.
The room was nice, and check-in was smooth at the front desk on the second floor. It was very convenient that the front desk had self-service amenities like toiletries, pajamas, and an ice machine. However, there were some hairs under the mattress, so the cleanliness could be improved.
Traveled with friends and we were very happy with the hotel; it was conveniently located for getting everywhere. Hakodate's million-dollar night view is definitely worth seeing. The hotel is also very close to Hakodate Station, and the onsen was great – a really comfortable stay.
The room was spacious and clean. Coming from Tokyo, it felt incredibly roomy; we could easily open two large suitcases on the floor. At the front desk, you could help yourself to a selection of toiletries and even skincare products. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring sashimi and freshly peeled shrimp. The room was very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't thick enough; the direct morning sun would stream in and wake me up instantly, so I had to sleep with an eye mask. The hotel is very close to the beach, less than a 10-minute walk away. The beach itself was amazing – uncrowded with beautiful scenery!
There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll. That same path is right across from Subway Exit 3.

JJesscacaAbout 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone.
Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable.
Other than these, overall is satisfied.
นนักเดินทางอินโทรเวิร์ตThe accommodation is much better than I thought. We went in the winter and the snow was really thick. The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, a dining area, and a backyard area. The upper floor is a bedroom with a large window for sleeping and watching the snow. If you go in the winter, you have to push your luggage in a cart yourself. It's fun. The atmosphere around the accommodation is good, but it's more suitable for people with cars because it's quite far from the city.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from Nakajima Park, making it super convenient for playing in the snow! The facilities are quite new, but the room was a bit small. We booked a deluxe room, but the view wasn't great – it faced inwards. I wonder if it's because we checked in late, so we were given a less desirable orientation. The breakfast was also good; the ramen was delicious, and they even offered free breakfast for our 6-year-old son. Overall, it's great value for money, and we'd definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserI highly, highly recommend this hotel! It's located near Goryokaku Park, easily accessible by tram from JR Hakodate Station. This area is quite central, with museums, shopping malls, and plenty of great food options nearby – there's even a super delicious soup curry place! A Lawson and 7-Eleven are less than a minute away, and it's also close to Yunokawa Onsen.
I recommend this hotel for a couple of reasons. First, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I stayed in a king-size room by myself, and it felt more than ample; I could easily fit several suitcases without an issue. Second, the staff's service attitude was excellent – very polite and courteous. I had a meeting in the morning and requested that the cleaning staff not disturb me during that time. Throughout my stay, no one ever knocked on my door; they quietly cleaned the adjacent rooms. Later, when I returned from sightseeing in the evening, I found a bag of fresh toiletries hanging on my door!
I was so touched! They were considerate enough not to disturb me by knocking, yet also made sure I had new bathroom supplies.
I was deeply impressed by the hotel's service and thoughtful consideration! This was truly the most satisfying hotel experience of my Hokkaido trip. The price was reasonable, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were warm and polite.
Next time I visit Hakodate, I'm booking this hotel directly.
Rrosie_qiqiRoom is spacious with a private garden & outdoors onsen.
Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.
EE2772****Facilities: Very good. A charming, compact choice in Hakodate, but it gets incredibly crowded. You have to queue for the elevator in the evenings. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Very convenient surroundings with convenience stores, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options. Service: Excellent. They even offer a shuttle bus to various attractions.
FFanjiumaA nice hotel and with good service. Room is cozy but can provide you the basic that you need. The location is closed to Chitose Airport, that’s the reason why I picked this hotel. There is a Farmer market next to the hotel, you can get the fresh pick from the farmer before you go to airport.
GGuest UserThis hotel is beautiful and stylishly designed, offering stunning sea views directly overlooking the Shiretoko Tourist Port. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely superb; even for a buffet, each dish was incredibly refined and beautifully presented. A thoughtful touch is the 24-hour lounge, which offers a selection of drinks, alcoholic beverages, and light snacks. And be sure not to miss the chocolate shop for some delicious ice cream! The onsen (hot spring) facilities were also wonderful. After a relaxing soak, enjoying a Snow Brand milk and a popsicle was incredibly refreshing – pure bliss! They also have a scenic foot bath.
GGuest User🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles and the most genuine hospitality. Every staff member made us feel like family—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The stay itself was beyond amazing. The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—but the highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room. Soaking in the hot spring after a long day was pure bliss. Calm, relaxing, and absolutely luxurious.
And the food… WOW. Every meal felt like a masterpiece. Beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and full of local character. Each dish was a delight, and we looked forward to every single meal.
Perfect service, perfect stay, perfect food, perfect onsen.
I would come back in a heartbeat—and recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience. 💖
GGuest UserThe hotel, the room, and the bathroom were all spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were also very accommodating. It was a huge plus to have a washing machine in the room with a drying rack by the window for my kids' clothes. The sun was out, so everything dried quickly. The microwave was also incredibly useful for warming up baby food. Having a water dispenser on every floor was great because I could make formula milk without having to boil water. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, but the curry was especially good. The restaurant staff were also quick to provide a high chair for my child, which was appreciated. I'd definitely like to stay at this hotel again.
