A smart boutique hotel with great location. Walking distance to the shopping district and Hanok Village. Lots of shops and convenience stores nearby too. 10/15 minutes from the train station and costs only KRW8,000 The hotel is new and smart/stylish. Not much facilities but comfortable and welcoming. Perfect as a base to explore beautiful and laid back Jeonju Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. I had booked the standard room that didn’t have much of a view. When Tom Kim, the front desk manger overheard that I would be staying for 3 nights and wished for a view, he immediately asked his lovely colleague (Jinny Kim) who was checking me in to upgrade me to a room with higher floor and view. It was also slightly bigger I think. Both of them showed such warmth and kindness. This made my holiday so much more comfortable and happy. I will come back for sure and book the deluxe room for sure. The walls of the rooms are quite thin tho so I could hear my next door guests and one night has a crying kid at 4am 🥲

The location is fantastic! The owner switches seamlessly between Korean and English and is incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful, with a genuinely good demeanor. The room was very clean, and I was surprised to find toothbrushes and everything else provided – the amenities were incredibly complete. This is the first place in all my time in Korea that I've seen so thoroughly prepared. The milk candies by the owner's door are delicious, and they even gave us a local specialty chocolate pie when we left, which honestly was very touching. It was a wonderful experience staying in a Hanok, truly a dream come true.

We had a great stay at Lahan Hotel Jeonju! The room was comfy with a nice view of the Hanok Village from both the room and rooftop. The water closet was super nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — easy to find, walkable and accessible to the Hanok Village and all the fun spots around. It’s also close to many good restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Jeonju!

The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed here to see the autumn leaves at Naizang Mountain in Jingyi County. It's about a 50-minute drive from Naizang Mountain. I was so happy to be able to book such a nice hotel nearby during the autumn leaf season! The lobby has some adorable peacock-shaped plants.

I booked this place last minute after visiting Hanok Village, and it was absolutely perfect! So affordable, incredibly clean, and wonderfully quiet. The free breakfast was a huge bonus – seriously amazing value for the price! I'll definitely be back 100% next time I'm in Jeonju. Wishing the owner continued success!

It rains a lot, but sleeping while listening to the sound of rain reminds me of the old days. I had a great day with good memories. I recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful place to sleep.

Good location, very close to the train station. 3 mins walking distance. The room was clean but the only problem was that it was really loud near the lift. I'd advise to get a room far away from the lift if you dont want to be woken up early morning bcause of the noise in the corridor and the lift. The hotel should have a signage or sth in the lift area to be quiet and mindful of other rooms and guests. Other than that all staff was very friendly and nice.

Because the trip was set the day before, I had to book accommodations in a hurry. I was a little worried because I hadn't done much research, but my worries were unfounded! It was completely different from my concerns. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lobby atmosphere, the room's size and atmosphere, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. Aside from the room being a bit dry, everything was excellent. If I ever visit Jeonju again, I'll definitely stay here again.

It was great being close to the Hanok Village! The heating was great, so I had a really warm and comfortable rest. The staff were friendly, and there was a dedicated parking lot for guests, so I didn't have to worry about parking! However, there's no elevator to get to the room, so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be difficult to move it.

I made a reservation to use the Deogyusan Hot Springs, but they said the outdoor bath wasn't open, so I ended up just staying at the resort for a night. (There was no notice, and we only found out after discussing it among ourselves at the front desk and the staff member told us.) The room/bathroom/bedding were clean and in good condition. The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. However, there was no bottled water. In the Sunflower Building, where I stayed, I had to go to the lobby on the 4th floor (I think) and get water from the water purifier provided in the room. (The staff member explained that they chose the water purifier over bottled water.) The soundproofing was so-so..? But since there were a lot of families, it was quiet during the night. The view was really nice. It looked like a ski resort, so it would have been even more beautiful if it had snowed.

LLunalaI had the most beautiful stay at One Madison in Jeonju — truly unforgettable. This hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with the elegance of a traditional Korean hanok. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into a peaceful, aesthetic dream. The architecture preserves the authentic hanok charm, but everything inside feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite parts was the traditional-style bathtub inspired by classic hanok design — it made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. Taking a bath there felt like traveling back in time, but with all the modern comfort you could possibly want. The atmosphere is calm, intimate, and incredibly photogenic. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully curated. The details, the lighting, the textures — everything feels intentional and harmonious. If you’re visiting Jeonju and want a stay that feels cultural, elegant, and cozy at the same time, this is absolutely the place. I fell in love with it and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended. 💛

GGuest UserThe place had a cozy, homey vibe that made me feel right at ease. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly with his charming eye smile and was always eager to help. The room was great, featuring a TV, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrushes. We visited during winter and the room was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect retreat from the cold. We even had the opportunity to prepare our own breakfast - eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee and milk. To top it off, I did my laundry there, which was incredibly convenient. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s genuinely one of the kindest Koreans I’ve met during my trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely fell in love with this place. I would definitely return! Sir, this is me, your guest from the Philippines. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Take care always!

GGuest UserThe accommodation was sparsely furnished but adequate. The air conditioning shown in the photos unfortunately didn't work. However, air conditioning wasn't mentioned in the description. With a fan, though, we managed to survive the 30°C heat.

GGuest UserI switched to Hotel Choonhyang after staying one night at another place that was far out in the boonies and not at all convenient for someone reliant on public transportation. My room was located right across the street from the river, with a lovely view (also great for morning and evening walks), and restaurants on the other side of the river were about a 10-15 minute walk away. (There were some convenience stores close by, but they didn’t have much to offer other than ramen.) There were also a number of places on my list to visit that were within walking distance. I only saw a staff member when I checked in; at all other times, I came and went as I pleased. The room was clean, and comfortable, and I was happy to be able to open my windows to get fresh air.

AAndrea Montes de OcaThe guesthouse is conveniently located which makes it ideal for exploring Jeonju. The check-in process was smooth and instructions on how to access the room were very clear. Kitchen facilities came in very handy and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I would mention is that the walls are paper-thin. We stayed two nights and had no problem on the first night but on the second one, we were awakened by loud guests at 2 am who seemed to be checking in very late (and possibly drunk). I would recommend limiting the check-in time until 00:00 to avoid any complaints or discomfort for in-house guests. Besides that situation the stay was perfect and considering the cost it was very fair.

GGuest UserI arrived around 4:15 PM on Monday and checked in right away. It's conveniently located near Jeolla Gamyeong, Gaekridan-gil, and Pungpaejigwan, and I found it to be a clean and well-maintained place. The interior of the room had a charming, old-fashioned feel, which made it feel cozy and comfortable. I imagine foreign tourists would particularly enjoy it. They gave me a Jeonju tourist map when I checked in, which was incredibly helpful during my trip. There's a very spacious cafe on the first floor that was also operating. I appreciated that they told me I didn't need to order anything and could use it comfortably like a lounge. After checking out, I went into the cafe and planned the rest of my trip while having a coffee. Since I was a guest, I received a 20% discount, paying 3,200 won for an Americano. The coffee taste was, in my opinion, pretty standard. I'd recommend this place as a clean and good value-for-money accommodation for anyone traveling to Jeonju. **They provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, multi-use liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with shower towels. There are no large bath towels, only standard-sized towels.**
