Наконец дождались, что в самом Иннополисе открыли отель и приличный☺️🙏👍 Бесплатная парковка, внимательный и вежливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Чистые и комфортные номера. За окном прекрасные закаты😍 В номер можно заказать еду (но очень дорого😱 хотелось бы цены адекватнее....🙈И без этого Иннополис ”страдает” в плане общепита😝😝😝👎). В номере есть охлаждающий шкаф, не холодильник. Имейте это ввиду(( Отмечали день рождение, переживала за тортик, что испортится к утру🙈Наверное это единственный минус... На завтраке поздравили с днем рождения, очень приятно💓💓💓👍🙏☺️Так же порадовало месторасположение👍до Острова Свияжск 20 мин езды, до Верхнего Услона 15 минут👍В будущем хотелось бы вернуться. Рекомендую 👍Процветания💓

Very convenient location. In general it is hostel, not very comfortable baths and toilets. Walls are very thin, staff are good. Over the weekend stay in Kazan, in a good location at affordability, more than fits.

The hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

Отель в принципе понравился, номер хороший, правда унитаз в номере шатается, вернулись в тот же номер через месяц, а унитаз в том же состоянии не стоянии 😅
Халаты, полотенца, зубные наборы, тапочки, вода, в номере есть. Во второе заселение уже не было приветственных шоколадок как в первый раз.
А вот администратор абсолютно не клиентоориентированный. После бронирования, я позвонила в отель, предупредив что будет ребенок 2 года. На что администратор сказала что если бы мы бронировали не через trip.com, а на прямую, то в брони этого номера нам отказали бы. «Этот номер уж очень хорош и сдаем его для молодожен, а не для семей с детьми».
Это как понимать?! Проведите работу с администратором на ресепшене!

The hotel is conveniently located in the inner courtyard right next to the ”tourist” street - that is, in the evening you have not noisy under the windows, and all restaurants and shops are directly in the foot access. The main thing is that there is no construction / repair in the yard, but I think it is just lucky to me.
The facilities are comfortable, and heating even had to be a little ”twisted” to be not so hot.

GGuest UserGreat hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!
