The original hotel we booked had a problem, so we booked this one at the last minute. It turned out to be excellent, exceeding our expectations. This hotel only opened this year. The rooms were very clean, the facilities were complete, and the bathroom fixtures were of good quality. The style combined traditional and modern elements, and the details of the decor were very well done. Chatting with the hotel owner upon check-out, we learned that he is a designer who designed and runs the hotel himself, which explains the excellent facilities and service.

The location is excellent, about a 200-meter walk from Afanti Square. I stayed in a first-floor room. Although the window was blocked by a wall, it didn't affect my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was a highlight. The garden-style setting in the lobby was very attractive.

They kindly allowed early check-in with breakfast, and the breakfast itself was rich and varied—a perfect start to each day. Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It is very good to have an extra bed when traveling with two children. I will stay here again next time.

The inn is located in the old town, but the signage is unclear. The main attractions are a ten-minute walk away. However, the rooms are very small, and finding space for a suitcase was a struggle. The rooms were extremely hot in July and August, and even with the air conditioner on, the heat was difficult to dissipate. The hotel service was excellent and the room was relatively clean, but the bed was a bit hard.

the hotel really surprised with its cleanliness, hospitality! gorgeous breakfast! and wonderful staff!! actually earlier I read reviews someone wrote about breakfast that there is not enough food and portion sizes)) I don't understand such people, because the choice and serving of breakfast is just wonderful! everything was delicious and decent! we are tourists from Siberia, we were very happy to visit you in Bukhara!!

I liked everything, large rooms, clean, comfortable temperature, polite staff, and also convenient that it is close to the airport. Breakfasts are quite filling.

The facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain. The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem. However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly. I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday. I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime. No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance, and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.

Run by a friendly and honest family. Owner and family members are nice. Location was great and is close proximity to attraction. The room is big and clean and comfortable. Feedback that the hot shower in my room was not functioning but the hand basin side was working fine. Hopefully they get it sorted out. Otherwise all is good and highly recommend this place.
