Chachoengsao Province or Mueang Paet Riew, in addition to having “Luang Pho Sothon” as an important sacred object of the city that Buddhists from all over the country travel to pay homage to, Mueang Paet Riew also has many interesting temples for Buddhists and spiritual tourists to go to pray, pay homage to sacred objects and make merit according to their faith. Wat Hong Thong or Wat Klang Nam is located in Tambon Song Khlong, Amphoe Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao Province, on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand in a mangrove forest. It stands out with its three-story golden pagoda. Inside, there are paintings about Buddhism and the Thai king and various Buddha images are enshrined. On the top is a golden pagoda containing the relics of an arahant, and you can see a beautiful view of the sea from a high angle.
