Jeyeng Fish Balls

Jeyeng Fish Ball, a restaurant in the Bang Pakong Motorway Rest Area, offers both a la carte and noodle dishes. The restaurant is air-conditioned and has many tables. The signature dish is fish ball noodles. Today, I tried the dry tom yum noodles. The tom yum flavor is a bit sweet. In the bowl, there is boiled pork, fish balls, shrimp balls, fish dumplings, and pork intestines. The pork intestines are soft and not smelly or bitter.
