I had a chance to eat at Albricias Restaurant at Chatrium Residence Sathorn. It is a Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant that is easy to eat for Thai people. The first menu I ordered was gyutan canario, which is grilled beef tongue with Japanese sauce. The yuzu sauce is cut off. It is easy to eat and the tongue is soft and not tough. The next menu is my favorite menu, la papada, which is very soft Iberico black pork. Just cut a little bit with a knife and it is ready to eat. Eat with candied pear (I'll whisper that candied pear is very delicious). The next dish is the main, grandma lola's rice, which is Spanish fried rice with black pork ribs, chicken meat, and grilled shrimp on the same plate. It is very delicious, fun to eat, and the plate is very big. 3-4 people can eat it. The last dish is a dessert called better than, which is flourless chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream.
