Rosewood Bangkok - The Best hotel in Bangkok!

Hello, today I would like to review Rosewood Bangkok, an ultra-luxury hotel with a unique and distinctive design. It is located right at BTS Phloen Chit. So I wanted to gain experience and relax at Rosewood Bangkok. Before staying, I requested a view from Reservation. The hotel informed me that they do not guarantee my request but will accept it first (I was a little disappointed about this, but it's okay. I try not to expect anything). There was an email informing me about the closure of some places in the hotel due to the COVID situation. I was also able to choose lunch, dinner, cocktails and afternoon tea in advance. You can inform them via email and the staff will book it for you in advance. The room I booked today is a Deluxe Twin Room, which is the starting room here. But the quality I experienced is not just the starting room. The key card to open the door, the electric curtains will open automatically and the staff will give good advice on how to use different parts of the room. Everything in the room, the decoration, the choice of colors, materials and even the lights are all very well done. It truly lives up to the name Ultra Luxury. The 3 meals with a few choices may seem small, but they are full of quality. Personally, I think the taste of the food is quite good. Because I read reviews from others before going, I tried not to expect the taste, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. In terms of food taste, I think it's delicious. Afternoon tea is now served under the concept of Japanese Afternoon Tea. You can choose 1 hot or cold drink per person. You can choose to serve it at the specified time. Every time the food is served, the room service is always on time. Or if you want anything more, you can ask for it at any time. I love it so much. Before checking out, I asked for additional Bath Amenities and Masks, which the hotel said you can ask for if you want. The housekeeping arranged them very well. Those who like to clean up are very happy. The stay here is very perfect, especially the service. As someone who is in the service industry, I can say with full confidence that the staff here provide very good service and respect to all guests. I can feel the service from the heart. In this regard, Rosewood Bangkok has done an excellent job. I would like to rank Rosewood Bangkok as one of the best hotels in Bangkok.
