📍BAKE@DOME Thammasat University, Rangsit 🥤 Another cafe worth visiting is Bake@Dome, which is located in Thammasat University, Rangsit Center. Before it became Bake@Dome, a bakery shop under the Product Production and Distribution Training Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University, we initially used lab tools for students to produce and test-sell pastries. Due to the delicious taste, many customers loved it and were hooked, so we continued to sell under the project to produce and distribute baked goods since 2007, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Busarapa Leelawat as the project director. Due to the COVID-19 situation, this project was closed for renovation for 2 years. With the return of Bake@Dome this year, we have developed a full-scale baking recipe, adding new flavors, richness, aroma, and deliciousness, making it more complete than ever. Bake@Dome will be a bakery that uses food science and technology to reduce some unhealthy ingredients and develop healthy pastry recipes, which are bakery products that are beneficial to the body. We therefore create a bakery that incorporates food science and technology for the health of its customers 👍🏻👍🏻 In terms of the cafe, there are 2 floors of seating, not very big but clean, with individual seating 😊😊 In terms of bread, it is very delicious, soft, smooth, and extremely delicious. In terms of drinks, almost every menu is delicious.
