“Sala Rattanakosin” is a boutique hotel and restaurant located in Phra Nakhon district on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Inside the hotel, you can see the beautiful view of Wat Arun. It is located near the Grand Palace in the old city of Bangkok. The interior is divided into a hotel and a restaurant. We used the restaurant service by booking a table through the hotel's website. The restaurant area is divided into a Restuarant and a Rooftop Bar. The menus in each area are different. The Rooftop Bar focuses more on drinks and snacks. The restaurant has Thai and fusion food menus. Prices start at 280 baht and up. Recommended menus of this restaurant are Surf and Truf (grilled river prawns and premium grilled beef), Prawn Skewer (grilled tiger prawns served with seafood sauce and blended coriander), BBQ Pork Ribs (barbecued pork ribs that take 1 hour to cook and serve with pickled vegetables). The restaurant opens from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is no parking at the restaurant. You have to park at the entrance of the pier where there is a parking lot.
