We stopped by a famous Teochew steamed bun shop, “Gu Long Bao, Ancient Steamed Buns, Gu Long Bao 古笼包 Artisan Bun Shop”. The shop is located in front of the entrance to the Grand Mosque of Ko Cha. They sell both steamed and frozen ones. The menu we ordered was 🥡 Steamed taro buns (large 26 baht) 🥡 Steamed sweet bean and white sesame buns (large 26 baht) 🥡 Steamed black sesame buns (large 17 baht) Notice that the dough will be yellow because they use unbleached flour. The dough is soft and chewy. The filling is smooth and not too sweet. 💫 The alley next to the shop is a mosque.
