Greydient & Them: An Industrial-Chic Alleyway Café in Asok, Bangkok

Located in the alleys near Asok Station, Greydient & Them - coffee cafe space features a minimalist yet decadent industrial aesthetic with raw concrete walls. The dim lighting and black furniture enhance the strong sense of solitude, making it another design-centric alleyway café. The basic coffee options are divided into black & white (with or without milk), and you can also choose the beans. The prices are reasonable. I ordered a hot Americano, and couldn't resist the enthusiastic recommendation from the customer next to me, so I also got a lemon pound cake. The simple Americano was smooth, but what really amazed me was the pound cake. The spoon cut through it with a satisfying firmness! Paired with the lemon glaze on top, the slightly tart and sweet flavor combined with the fluffy texture of the cake was delicious!
