Wat Sampluem, an ancient temple on Chakkrawat Road

#GetDiscountWithoutLuck - Wat Chakrawat Ratchawas Worawihan or commonly known as Wat Chakrawat, was originally a temple of the people called Wat Nang Pluem, built in the Ayutthaya period. Later, in the Rattanakosin period, it was called Wat Sampluem, which is assumed to have come from three women who built it together. - Important places of worship are the Phra Phutthabat Pavilion and the Prang Chedi. - Phra Phuttha Prang, built during the time when Phra Phutthacharn (Ma) was the abbot from 1899-1914, is located to the north of Phra Phutthabat Pavilion. There is a covered walkway around the base of the south. The second-floor balcony, which is at the corner of the roof, is in the shape of a Chinese pavilion. The railings of the balcony at the base of the south of the second floor are glazed with Chinese-style green glass patterns. The base of the prang is a Singharabhathat base with directional niches. Inside is a standing Buddha statue.
