I feel that this place is quite chill. The principle of practice is to pray, Samma Arahang, imagine the crystal ball entering the body according to the 7 bases or think of the Buddha. If anyone is interested, try to find free time to practice Dhamma. Things to prepare before practicing Dhamma 1. 1 garland, along with an envelope to make merit as much as you can afford. 2.
