Bianca, a hot Italian restaurant

Bianca Emsphere is an Italian restaurant that impresses from the first dish to the dessert. The Italian food here is really good. Starting with the sourdough bread which is a famous appetizer that is so delicious when eaten with olive oil. Next, the pizza! I ordered the Hawaiian pizza. The dough is sooooo soft. I still love it to this day. The truffle cream pasta has a lot of truffle and most importantly, it smells so good. Don't miss these two menus. The salad and fried chicken are also normal. For dessert, I ordered the tiramisu. It was quite delicious. The cake was moist but maybe a bit too sweet. If it was less sweet, it would be great. However, the restaurant is in a shopping mall, so there are quite a lot of people. You have to wait in line a bit. If you are really hungry, you might have to consider it a bit. The service is okay. The staff is kind. Even though there is some incorrect information, they will correct it. They are friendly and welcoming. The price is a bit high, around 400-500+ per dish. If you compare it to the taste, it might be a bit expensive. But if you like Italian food, it is worth it! Located on the M floor of Emsphere.
