From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless & indulgent. We stayed in one of the luxury rooms, which was beautifully presented with elegant decor and a glazed bathroom that added a touch of sophistication and romance to the space. The ambiance was perfect for a couple’s getaway. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was professional and welcoming. The reception team was incredibly helpful and polite, always smiling and eager to assist with anything we needed. The complimentary shuttle service to the nearby BTS station was a convenient bonus. The Siam Brasserie at Lancaster Bangkok is exceptional, it has chic, light‑filled space with a modern show kitchen, offering a warm, welcoming vibe. We loved the buffet breakfast— an expansive spread with made-to-order eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, sushi, noodles, dim sum, and standout baked beans. The variety and quality received praise from fellow guests, and the attentive, friendly service made it even better. It truly set the tone for a delightful day in the city. The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. We enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar while taking in panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the gym and spa added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. ⭐ Rating: 4.8/5.
