However, the room's soundproofing was poor—you could clearly hear conversations from the next room (newer floors are slightly better but still have noise issues). The indoor lighting was dim, giving a soft-filter effect. Light sleepers, beware! 💫 Dusit Thani Corner Room Surprise: The corner floor-to-ceiling windows framed Bangkok's nightscape like a painting, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into clouds. However, the restaurant's food was overly salty to the point of disbelief 😢. The breakfast tom yum soup tasted like they were overly generous with the salt, and the only two dishes worth mentioning were the corn soup and mango sticky rice! Dining at night featured fireflies flying across the table, creating a romantic candlelit atmosphere. While the food was average (crispy pork belly is recommended), the birthday experience surrounded by fireflies was truly unforgettable!
