#100waysoftravel Visiting Bran Castle was a highlight of my summer trip to Romania! Nestled in the Carpathian Mountains, about 30 km from Brasov, the entrance fee is 40 RON. Known as "Dracula's Castle," it offers a fascinating dive into both history and legend. The castle itself is stunning, with its medieval towers and scenic views of the surrounding forest. Inside, you’ll find intriguing exhibits on medieval life and the castle’s history. The walk through the narrow stairways and rooms makes for a memorable experience. After exploring the castle, I wandered around the charming town of Bran, where I enjoyed local delicacies and found some lovely souvenirs.
