Khao Phra Angkhan Temple

Located on Khao Angkhan, an extinct volcano, approximately 20 kilometers from Phanom Rung Stone Castle. From Buriram, take the Buriram-Nang Rong-Ban Tako-Ban Ta Pek route (the same route to Phanom Rung Stone Castle). Located in Ban Charoen Suk, Charoen Suk Subdistrict, on Khao Angkhan, an extinct volcano. Inside the temple, ancient ruins and sandstone sema stones carved with portraits, stupas, lotuses, and Dharmachakra from the Dvaravati period were discovered.
