Park Hyatt Changsha - The Benchmark of Star City

The tenth Park Hyatt in Greater China lands in Star City Changsha. British design firm Conran and Partners took "a fashionable residence for a global female traveler" as the main theme, integrating Hunan culture into the design. The four-story entrance features a 5.6-meter-high gold-threaded copper wire artwork, interpreting Changsha's characteristics of "mountains, waters, sandbars, and city," with inspiration drawn from Hunan embroidery. Starting from 50 square meters, the spacious rooms use wood and mineral elements to create an urban resort feel, complemented by emerald green velvet sofas and dark red armchairs. The bathroom features a solid cold jade marble countertop, with Le Labo amenities, exuding a sense of luxury. Park Hyatt Changsha integrates all its dining options into the Lilan Restaurant, a bold new attempt in the luxury hotel industry. The 25-meter heated pool is built with Vals quartzite from the Alps, featuring a sophisticated black tone, offering views of the Wuyi Square business district and overlooking Orange Isle. The wellness area also includes a soaking pool, sauna, steam bath, tropical rain shower, and heated loungers. The hotel is located in the IFS, with direct access to the mall from both the 1st and 4th floors, offering an excellent location. However, the hotel has its drawbacks. During a non-holiday stay, arriving at 15:00, we had to wait for three hours! If reception capacity is insufficient, rooms should be locked in advance. The river view rooms are also obstructed by the Niccolo Hotel building, significantly diminishing the view of the Xiang River.
