The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Chanthaburi Church)

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Chanthaburi Church) is located on Santisuk Road, Chanthanimit Subdistrict. This ancient church, over a hundred years old, is situated on the other side of the Chanthaburi River. The Chanthaboon riverside community can walk across the bridge to reach it. The church features Gothic Western architecture and is adorned with stained glass windows depicting 13 saints. Inside, there are various statues of the Virgin Mary. This church is considered one of the largest and oldest churches, with a construction history spanning 300 years, and is one of the most beautiful churches in Thailand.
