I recently visited Manhua Manor with my bestie, and it was an amazing experience. Now, I've put together a guide for everyone. As soon as you enter Manhua Manor, you'll be greeted by vast expanses of cherry blossoms. The pink and white flowers are layered upon each other, contrasting with the blue sky, creating a picturesque scene that doesn't even need a filter. Besides cherry blossoms, there are also large fields of vibrant poppies in red, pink, white, and various other colors. However, this place is very popular, and it's crowded everywhere. You'll have to wait in line at the popular photo spots. If you want to take great photos, you'll need to be patient. Entry Time: If you can get up early, head in right when it opens at 9am. It's less crowded then, and you can take photos freely. We couldn't get up that early, so we chose to enter the park at 4pm. The light is soft at that time, and the photos turn out great with a sense of atmosphere, but it's a bit crowded. Tour Route: Don't follow the crowds. Head straight to the hillside at the far end of the manor and take a reverse tour. This way, you can find less crowded spots and easily capture empty scenes. Photo Tips: Bring a small stool and shoot upwards from a low angle to easily avoid passersby. Wear light-colored or macaron-colored clothes that go well with the cherry blossoms. Also, remember to bring a large reflector. There are many trees in the manor, and the reflector can provide fill light when taking photos, otherwise your face will look dark. The cherry blossoms are currently in full bloom, with abundant and beautiful flowers. If you want to take photos and enjoy the flowers, hurry up and go. Manhua Manor's ticket prices vary depending on the flowering season. The original price is CNY 78 per person, but it's more cost-effective to go on weekdays, when it's only CNY 58. If you want to experience the glass walkway, the ticket price is CNY 98 per person. Seniors aged 60 to 70 can get a CNY 20 discount, and seniors over 70 can enter the park for free, which is quite considerate. Transportation Guide 1. By Car: Driving is very convenient. Just navigate to the east or south gate parking lot of Manhua Manor. The parking fee is CNY 10 per car. 2. Public Transportation: Take subway Line 3 to Sanhechang Station (Exit B), then transfer to bus X16 and get off at Manhua Park Station. Important Notes 1. Weekends and holidays are more crowded. If time permits, try to go on weekdays. 2. The manor is large and the tour takes a long time, so remember to wear comfortable shoes. 3. You can bring some snacks and water, as things in the park are relatively expensive.
