Because it started from having its own coffee plantation until it got specialty coffee beans and developed it into controlling the coffee to have the best quality from the beginning until it reaches the cup. There is a coffee roasting machine in the back of the shop and on the upper floor there is a coffee lab that researches and teaches everything about coffee, from brewing, tasting to roasting (after finishing, you will receive a certificate). The shop will be in the traditional style of brewing that emphasizes the real taste of coffee. There are many coffee beans to choose from and try, such as beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, and others.
