Wat Chedi Luang Worawihan, Chiang Mai Province It is an ancient temple in Chiang Mai Province. It was built during the reign of King Saen Mueang Ma. It has an important chedi of Chiang Mai Province. Currently, only half of it remains. Chedi Luang is considered the tallest chedi in the North or Lanna, approximately 80 meters high. The base is square and about 60 meters wide on each side. At the four gates, there are stucco Buddha images sitting in the four gates. There are 8 full-body Naga statues, each with 5 heads, on both sides of the stairs. There are 4 lion statues at the four corners of the great chedi.
