Raming Tea House Siam Celadon is a café, coffee shop, and restaurant located in a contemporary wooden building designed with excellent space utilization and ventilation. The central hall is spacious and airy, with the food and drink ordering counter inside. There are seating areas around the counter and in adjacent rooms. The front area serves as a showroom for celadon products. On the second floor, there are displays and sales of handicrafts from highland villages. Around 2 PM, the place isn't crowded. I ordered butterfly pea lemon tea and coffee, along with Pani Puri and healthy fresh spring rolls. The butterfly pea lemon tea is very refreshing, with a clear lemon scent and a perfectly balanced taste. It pairs wonderfully with the Pani Puri and fresh spring rolls. The coffee is strong and aromatic. The atmosphere in the shop is relaxing with good vibes music. It's worth noting that they excel in tea here, with their own tea plantation, harvesting, processing, and selling.
