Wat Lok Moli, Chiang Mai

Wat Lok Moli, an ancient temple in Chiang Mai, is over 500 years old and was built during the Lanna Kingdom era. It is located to the north of Chiang Mai city, near Chang Phuak Gate. Situated on Maneenopparat Road, Si Phum Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province, Wat Lok Moli is a beautiful and historic Lanna-style temple. Inside the temple, you'll find a wooden viharn (assembly hall) intricately carved with traditional patterns. The entrance gate, made of brick, features a rounded arch design and aligns perfectly with the wooden viharn, making it a popular spot for photography. Additionally, the temple houses a large ancient chedi (stupa) and various sacred objects for visitors to pay respects to and seek blessings for good fortune. 🕰️Opening Hours: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
