Lanna Folklife Museum

#Chiangmai in the rainy season Lanna Folklife Museum is located in the heart of Chiang Mai, opposite the Three Kings Monument. The Lanna Folklife Museum is a two-story building built in 1935 as the Chiang Mai Provincial Court. Later, it became the Chiang Mai Provincial Court. When the court moved to a new location, the building was under the care of Chiang Mai Municipality and renovated into the Lanna Folklife Museum until today. There is a rotating festival in August, which will feature Phra Upakut or Phra Ong Tua Khem, and many other Buddha images. It is worth visiting to study and learn. The Lanna Folklife Museum collects and displays exhibitions about the way of life of the Lanna people, and the artistic characteristics that appear in various works, such as Buddhist art, rituals, architecture, paintings, and sculptures.
