Kuay jap Aun Phochana Yaowarat📍 When you come to Yaowarat, you must not miss eating Kuay jap. I happened to walk past and saw that there was not much of a queue, so I went in to eat. Traditional Kuay jap. I ordered the regular one to try first. After sipping the soup, I woke up. It was spicy like I spilled pepper. It smelled good. I didn't have to add much seasoning. The crispy pork was delicious. The offal was clean. The Kuay jap shop has received the Michelin Bib Gourmand award for 3 consecutive years (2018, 2019, 2020).
