Khao Thalu Miti, Ratchaburi

Located in Rang Bua Subdistrict, next to the Grand Canyon Ratchaburi, Khao Thalu Miti is a cave with a ceiling that has collapsed, creating two large arched stone doorways. The trail from the base of the mountain to the cave entrance is about 200 meters long and is a natural path covered with trees. Caution is needed while walking as there are gravel stones along the way which can be slippery, especially on the descent due to some steep sections. There are ropes to hold onto while climbing up and down. It is recommended to dress appropriately and wear sneakers for the hike. This spot is ideal for tourists who enjoy soft adventure activities. Upon reaching the top and looking through the stone archway, one can see the natural scenery and the distant mountain ranges, giving the feeling of looking into another dimension, hence the name 'Khao Thalu Miti'. It is one of the 25 Unseen New Series tourist attractions. The recommended time to visit is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, when the setting sun shines directly through the mountain gap.
