Ichie is a delightful restaurant in Eniwa, Hokkaido, known for its delicious kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) 🥢 It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Fairfield by Marriott Eniwa, where I was staying ☺️ I chose my favorite sea urchin and salmon roe kamameshi, but they offer a wide variety of both seafood and meat options❕ Although the taxi driver told me that the kamameshi portions were not too large and could be finished by one person, it turned out to be more filling than expected 🥹 If you're ordering side dishes, I recommend sharing the kamameshi✨ Address: 3-3-2 Kashiwagi-cho, Eniwa, Hokkaido 061-1423 Closed on Tuesdays🎌
