Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park

Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park is now open for visitors to climb Doi Pha Hom Pok. Visitors must climb the mountain before 3:30 PM. Only big trucks and pickup trucks are required. Cars, vans, and buses are not allowed to climb the mountain because the road is still a gravel road. If you don’t have a car to climb the mountain, you can contact the tourist service center for a fee of 1,800 baht/8 people (overnight). Fires are also prohibited on the grass. We have charcoal stoves for rent. There are only houses available at Fang Hot Springs (park office). On Doi Pha Hom Pok, there is only a camping ground. At the Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park office (Fang Hot Springs), you can use the mineral water bath and Thai massage for your health every day. It is open from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Most of the terrain of Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park is a high, complex mountain range that runs north to south. It is part of the Dan Lao mountain range. It is 400-2,285 meters above sea level. The important mountains are Doi Pu Muen, Doi Laem, and Doi Pha Hom Pok. Which is the second highest in Thailand. It is the origin of many important streams such as Huai Mae Chai, Huai Mae Sao, Nam Mae Kum Luang, Nam Mae Hang, and Nam Mae Laeng. To the north and west, it borders with Myanmar. To the south, it borders with Chiang Dao National Park in Nong Bua Subdistrict, Chaiprakarn District, Chiang Mai Province. To the east, it borders with 5 subdistricts of Fang District: Wiang Subdistrict, Pong Nam Ron Subdistrict, Mon Pin Subdistrict, Mae Sun Subdistrict, and Mae Ngon Subdistrict; 4 subdistricts of Mae Ai District: Malika Subdistrict, Mae Ai Subdistrict, Mae Sao Subdistrict, and Tha Ton Subdistrict; and 2 subdistricts of Chaiprakarn District: Nong Bua and Pong Tam Subdistrict. #National park worth visiting #Natural attractions
