An unexpected encounter with Risotteria Melotti risotto in Florence

The restaurant is run by the Melotti family, who use home-grown rice as a base and pair it with high-quality organic ingredients to infuse each risotto with a unique flavor. What’s even more special is that the restaurant’s menu is 100% gluten-free, which I think is great for people with gluten allergies or those who pay attention to healthy eating. We ordered a classic #mushroomrisotto. I have to say, the deliciousness of this dish is really impressive! The rice core of the risotto is just the right hardness and softness, each grain of rice is distinct, and the rich aroma of the creamy white sauce makes you want to eat one mouthful after another. Although the overall seasoning is a bit ordinary, the tender beef is really popular! After the meal, we couldn't help but order another cup of tiramisu as dessert.
