New Guangzhou Cultural Center

The New Guangzhou Cultural Center is located at 288 Xinjiao Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, situated on the northeast side of Haizhu Lake. It is the largest cultural center in China. The cultural center's design theme is "Ten Miles of Red Clouds and a Bay of Water, Eight Bridges and Sixteen Pavilions," combining traditional Lingnan architectural elements with modern design concepts, such as wok-ear walls, roof ridge stucco, brick carvings, and stone carvings, creating a rich Lingnan atmosphere. The cultural center cleverly utilizes the Haizhu Lake water system, integrating architecture with natural water scenery to form beautiful waterside pavilions, corridors, bridges, and lake views, creating a natural ecological Lingnan watertown atmosphere. The garden is planted with banyan trees, bamboo, seasonal flowers, and other Lingnan characteristic plants that complement the garden architecture, forming a green ecological environment throughout and showcasing the unique natural landscape of the Lingnan region. 🕙Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday 9:00-21:00, closed on Mondays, open on public holidays.
