The cultural park covers an area of ​​9 hectares and is located opposite the Guantian District Office. This was originally a military camp but it was abandoned for a long time and was later renovated and restructured by the Guantian District Office into a forest park. There are about 1,300 banyan trees, mahogany trees, mango trees and other trees planted in the cultural park. Many of the banyan trees in the park are very old. Their branches hang down to the ground and new branches grow out. Walking among these branches gives you an inexplicable feeling. In addition, some of the original military facilities of the barracks, such as walls, sentry posts, and monuments, have been preserved here, and rest seats and wooden plank roads for walking have been added. The replanned ecological and cultural park has injected green leisure space into the local area.
