Head in the Clouds

#summervacay If you're looking for a fun day out of the city without totally dying on a mountain, Cheonmasan is the spot. At 812 meters, it’s tall enough to feel like an achievement but not so crazy that you regret your life choices halfway up. I went with a couple of friends and we took one of the easier trails, still got us sweating, but the views made it all worth it. The trail winds through pretty forest paths, and there are a few solid photo ops along the way (hello, Instagram). Near the top, it opens up to killer views of surrounding peaks and the city in the distance. There’s a nice mix of stairs, dirt paths, and rockier bits to keep things interesting. We packed some snacks and chilled at the summit for a while, it’s peaceful up there. Honestly, if you want a doable hike with a rewarding view, Cheonmasan hits the sweet spot. Totally recommend.
