Hat Yai Junction Railway Station, formerly known as Khok Samet Chun Railway Station, is located on Railway Road, Hat Yai Subdistrict, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. It is a Level 1 railway station on the Southern Railway Line. From this point, the railway is divided into 2 lines: the line heading to the final destination at Su-ngai Kolok Railway Station, on the border of Malaysia in the state of Kelantan, and the line heading to Butterworth, Malaysia.
