While walking around Himeji, I stopped by KOGANE for a break. It turns out that this restaurant has a brewery inside, and the beer they make there was so delicious that I'd like to introduce it to you♪ After wondering what to order, I ordered a 3-beer tasting set (130ml x 3 types). This set allows you to enjoy the beers recommended by the staff, so it's recommended for those who want to try a variety of beers little by little! The recommended beers change depending on the day, but on this day there were three types as follows. ①JET IPA KOGANE flagship beer It has an aroma like orange and apricot, but also has a strong bitterness. It's the perfect first beer. ②MELLOW PALEALE It has a citrus aroma like grapefruit and lychee, and you can enjoy the moderate bitterness of the sweetness of the malt. ③He looks mean, but he's actually a kind person A dark beer like coffee made with roasted malt and chocolate malt. It has a moderate weight to it. Everything was really delicious, and I gulped it down! (lol) The food menu seems to be extensive, so you can enjoy it for different occasions, such as lunch, beer only, or dinner.
