A local flower market in District 10 and there are also many street hawkers here. The name of this place is Ho Thi Ky Flower Market and you can use your grab app to get a ride here. The traffic in HCMC is no joke so be prepared to wait inside the jam or else take a motorbike ride. There are more locals here than tourists and you will get to find many local eats.
