Soie by Fours

I went for a cappuccino and their Earl Grey mini cake. The coffee was rich, smooth, and served just the way I like it. But the cake? Absolute perfection. Light layers with a subtle tea aroma, paired with a velvety cream that wasn’t too sweet. I nearly ordered a second slice. What I loved most was the quiet. Despite being centrally located, the vibe inside was calm and almost meditative. A few people were working on laptops, others chatting in hushed tones over brunch. It’s the kind of place you could easily lose an hour in without realizing. I dropped by Soie by Fours the other day, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a slice of Paris tucked right in the middle of Hanoi. The café is softly lit, with delicate decor that strikes a perfect balance between modern minimalism and timeless charm. Everything—from the soft jazz playing in the background to the pastel-toned plates—made it feel thoughtfully curated. If you’re someone who appreciates beautiful spaces and little details—this one’s worth a stop.
